We recommend washing handloom and handblock products separately every time to preserve their beauty and colour.

Returns are accepted only if you receive a defective product.

An unboxing video is required to verify the claim before a return or exchange can be processed.

Yes, defective products can be exchanged for another product of a similar price. If you choose a higher-priced product, the price difference will need to be paid by the customer.
